Choose the time period
Use the Period control to change the window you are evaluating. A trader who looks strong over one short period can look very different over a longer one, so avoid making a decision from a single snapshot.Sort the list
Use Sort by to surface the metric you care about, such as highest P&L. Sorting is useful for discovery. It is not a risk filter. A trader can rank highly because they took more risk, traded a larger account, or benefited from one strong position.Read the trader table
The Discover table can show:
Look at the metrics together rather than picking one in isolation.
Search by address
If you already know a trader’s wallet address, paste it into Search by address instead of browsing the ranking. This is useful when someone shares an address directly or you want to find a specific Hyperliquid trader.Follow before you copy
Select Follow to add a trader to your Following list. Following is a good intermediate step. It lets you keep the trader easy to find and review without immediately automating trades.A better way to evaluate a trader
Before you copy anyone, ask:- Is the performance coming from one trade or a repeatable pattern?
- Is the ROI unusually high compared with the account size?
- How much volume does the account trade?
- Does the trader use leverage aggressively?
- Would you be comfortable with the same drawdown on your own account?
- Does the performance hold up outside one short time window?
Risk: P&L and ROI describe what already happened. They do not guarantee what happens next.
